This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms. Breach of this AUP is a material breach of the Terms.
1. Purpose
This AUP sets out standards of conduct for all Users of the Services, in order to protect other Users, the individuals whose images are processed, the integrity of the Services, and the public.
2. Lawful use
You must use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. You must not use the Services in any way that breaches any Applicable Law, including the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (which, among other things, prohibits the improper use of network facilities to transmit content that is obscene, indecent, false, menacing or offensive with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass), the Penal Code, the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, the Copyright Act 1987 and the PDPA.
3. Content standards for uploads
All User Content must: (a) depict only individuals for whom valid consent exists under Section 8 of the Terms; (b) be free of nudity or sexually explicit material; (c) not depict minors; (d) not contain hate symbols, incitement or extremist material; (e) not include another person's identity documents; and (f) be accurate and not intended to deceive.
4. Platform integrity
You must not: (a) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website or any related system; (b) breach or circumvent authentication or security measures; (c) access data not intended for you; (d) deploy automated tools against the Services except lawful search indexing; (e) spoof headers or identifiers; or (f) resell access to the Services.
5. Fair community conduct
Where the Services include any community, comment, review or support channel, you must not harass, abuse, threaten, dox, spam or deceive other users or our staff, and you must not post content that is defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by us.
6. Reporting violations
Reports of suspected violations of this AUP may be sent to hello@manifesto.studio with the subject "AUP Report". We will review reports in good faith. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, and we may act (or decline to act) at our reasonable discretion.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may, at our discretion: issue warnings; remove or disable content; suspend, restrict or terminate access under Section 23 of the Terms; withhold or cancel undelivered services; report conduct to authorities where required or appropriate; and preserve records as permitted by the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.
