Anti-Piracy Policy · Effective 11 July 2026 · Last updated 12 July 2026
1. Purpose
Manifesto Agency's Digital Products are the product of substantial creative and commercial investment. This Policy explains how we protect them and what happens when they are pirated, leaked or resold. It supplements Sections 9, 10, 17 and 19 of the Terms.
2. What counts as piracy
Without limitation: uploading any Digital Product (or a substantial part of it) to file-sharing services, cloud drives shared with non-purchasers, Telegram/Discord/WhatsApp groups, forums or "prompt marketplace" sites; emailing or AirDropping the files to non-purchasers; reselling, "group-buying" or splitting a single purchase across multiple people; publishing the prompts as your own work; and using the Content to seed a competing product or dataset.
3. Technical measures
We may embed lawful technical measures in Digital Products, including purchaser-specific watermarking, fingerprinting or licence identifiers, so that leaked copies can be traced to the originating purchase. You consent to such measures and must not remove or tamper with them. Circumvention of technological protection measures may itself contravene the Copyright Act 1987.
4. Enforcement steps
Where we identify piracy, we may take any or all of the following steps, in our discretion: (a) issue takedown notices to hosts, platforms and search engines; (b) terminate the originating purchaser's access to all Services without refund (Terms, Section 23); (c) invoice the responsible person for the licence fees corresponding to the unauthorised distribution, without prejudice to our right to claim full damages; (d) claim damages, account of profits, injunctions and costs under the Copyright Act 1987 and at common law; and (e) report criminal copyright infringement to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
5. Innocent recipients
If you received our Content from someone other than us and suspect it was pirated, delete it and consider purchasing a licence. We treat cooperative disclosure favourably.
6. Reward for reports
We may, at our discretion, offer a goodwill reward (for example, a free product) for actionable reports of piracy sent to hello@manifesto.studio with the subject "Piracy Report". Reports are handled confidentially.
